I like to draw and make vocal-synth related things. I voice one Utau (Nerika) and two DeepVocal voicebanks (Marianne and Leo). If you need a render of any of the following vocals, please don't hesitate to ask!

Please note that by commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.
By commissioning me, Zestea, you are agreeing to the above Complete Terms of Service.
I have the right to reject commissions for any reason before payment is received. I will not create anything involving the following:
- Anything involving the use of AI in the creation of the work
- Furries, mechas, robots, heavy armor, excessive muscle
- NSFW/pornographic content, gore, fetish content, extreme violence
- Content depicting minors, fictional or real, as perceived by a reasonable person
- Works mimicking the style of other artists, the exception being 3D models meant to achieve a look already specified in a given reference
- Political, religious, or hateful content
- Cultures I feel I cannot accurately or respectfully represent in my work (I am especially open to discussion on this point, as I am more than willing to work with you and your understanding as someone of the culture in question on how to depict it respectfully)
I will attempt to communicate with you regarding the commission at least once per week, explaining the progress made, showing the progress in question, and explains any delays in progress. Use this time to request any revisions or point out any mistakes, but keep in mind that you are limited to 5 major revisions and any revisions may lengthen the time needed for the project. After a certain point of progress is reached (clarified in the above document), only minor revisions are allowed.
For illustrations, I will need a minimum of 14 days, and for anything else I offer, I will need a minimum of 30 days to complete the work.
You must provide references and other necessary assets/information when commissioning me, and you understand that failing to do so may result in delays. I will send you the final product through a Google Drive or sta.sh link, or an email.
I retain the right to use the work as I see fit (clarified in the above document) and repurpose any unused process work for future projects. I may post about the work in progress on my social media or stream work, but you may request that I refrain from doing so for an additional $50.
You may not sell the results of the commission without explicit written consent from me.
You may not modify my work in any way, the exception being things like tracking parameters in VTube Studio and other software.
You may not use my work for anything relating to NFTs or generative AI. Vocal synth users making fully consensual AI voicebanks/models and commissioning accompanying art are the only exception.
You must credit me using the appropriate social media handle, defaulting to my art Twitter handle if you’re unsure of what to use for a given website (handles listed in document).
For works exceeding $1,000, you have the right to pay 50% up front as a down payment and pay off the rest on a monthly basis for a period no longer than one year. Otherwise, payment in full is expected up front. In all cases, the most you will receive is a watermarked and lower-resolution preview image/video of the work until payment is received in full, after which you will receive the full-resolution, unwatermarked work and all necessary files.
You have the right to request a refund at any time, but I will keep 30% of what you have paid before cancelation as a cancelation fee. If I cannot finish the work for any reason, I will refund you in full without any fees.
Prices are in USD and payments will be requested via invoice through PayPal, Stripe, or any other service I may support in the future.
The price calculator provides a minimum price, and I may increase the price of the commission based on complexity.
Illustrations can be personal or commercial, but Live2D and 3D models are considered commercial by default and will be priced as such.
Businesses and other such entities must contact me to work out a contract and price in more detail.
You may not file a chargeback for any reason, and instead agree to folllow my stated refund policy.
You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me. Having parental or guardian consent is not suffient.

If you are commissioning something to be distributed alongside a vocal synth voicebank, you will receive a 15% discount.

On request I am able to do ARKit/VBridger expressions, drawing hands with mouse tracking, gamepad hands with button tracking (using Nyarupad), clothing/accessory/color toggles, and other expressions (up to three in the "other" category). Please note that these will increase the price of the commission. I am not currently experienced with hand tracking rigs, and therefore will not be offering them.
If I am not the one illustrating your model, please ensure that it conforms to these guidelines.
If you're not sure if it conforms to the guidelines, I will be checking the model anyway once I receive the first $50, and will send a list of any necessary corrections before I begin rigging in earnest. Any files you send me will never be redistributed to anyone else unless you specify otherwise, so don't worry if you feel like you have to take a step back and reconsider the commission!

The email you submit to the commission form is the one that I will be sending invoices to. Any other modes of contact you submit will be how I contact you regarding the commission. If you would like to pay in installments for a commission over $500, please let me know and we can negotiate a plan no longer than one year.
